The conservative billionaires that liberals LOVE to hate are sitting out this year.  NPR reports that “Pence and the Kochs have inhabited the same political world since at least 1991, when he became president of the newly organized Indiana Policy Review Foundation. It was one of many state-level conservative think tanks, in a national network funded in part by Koch family foundations.”  But even that wasn’t enough to sway them.
