Samuel L. Jackson played Jedi Knight Mace Windu in the Star Wars prequels, the brainchild of creator George Lucas, which brings us to our next celebrity in attendance. Lucas was spotted heading into the White House and even stopped to sign a few autographs. He has made a career out of inventing heroes for the silver screen but saw a “hero in the making” in 2008 when a young candidate hit the scene:
