Boy writes desperate letter after losing minifigure: Lego’s Customer service rep saves the day

Every parent knows the joys of Lego minifigures.    We also know the unbridled angst that comes from losing one.

A little boy named Luka lost a dearly beloved minifigure, after taking a the toy from his set and sticking it in his pocket… against the advice of his dad.

Lego’s customer service rep, however, saved the day:
