11. “Heidi Klum. Sadly, she’s no longer a 10,” he said.  This caused Heidi to make the hilarious video above.

12. He called Arrianna Huffington “ugly.” Later, he said her husband made a good decision to divorce her because of her looks.

13. He said that Bill Clinton’s sexual indiscretions (or worse) are due to the fact that Hillary couldn’t “satisfy” him.

14. He called Megyn Kelley a “bimbo” – and then made a weird allusion to her menstruation.

15. After NYT’s Gail Collins wrote about Trump’s bankruptcy, he sent her a copy of her own article, with her picture circled. Across the top of it, he wrote, “the face of a dog!”
