This time next week, Atticus and I will be on our way to Disney World! His mom and dad were so generous in giving us a trip to FL to celebrate our anniversary, which was 1/3.

I went to Disney once, when I was 11. I’m so excited to go back! We’re going to go to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and the movie studio park, whose name I can never remember. But, it has the Muppets 3-d movie.

Now I just hope it won’t be 15 degrees when we get there. 🙂

This week, I made a cookbook! It was so easy. I had a bunch of cooking light and food and wine magazines laying around, so I went through them and ripped out the recipes we liked or wanted to try. Then I put them back to back in plastic sleeves and arranged them in a binder. Voila!

Of course, if I had a job, this would be one of those ideas that I’d read and think, “What a great idea, I should do that!” then never do it.

But, if you have free time and are looking for a project, it’s helpful to have scattered recipes all in one place.
