Another iconic birthday for my g-g-generation!  After growing up with the maxim to never trust anyone over 30,  I turned 30.  Now I have attained what even the Beatles, in a song Paul McCartney wrote when he was a teenager, recognized as an idyllic age.

This is pretty much what it’s like, especially the part about “grandchildren on my knee.”
