The early buzz on the upcoming Star Trek movie, which has recast James T. Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Scotty, et al., as young Star Fleet officers just starting out, is very positive. Can you wait? Or now that you have a life, do you not care? Isn’t it true, though, that the original Star Treks on TV were quite good?
