A Happy Announcement

You may have noticed that posting has been light (i.e. non-existent) on this blog for the last month and a half. Of course, with this blog that’s not an unheard of occurrence, but this time there’s a very good reason for it. At the beginning of August I flew to Singapore to visit my girlfriend, Anne Grace, whom I hadn’t seen in person since December. A few days after arriving I proposed – and she said yes! We spent the next month spending time with each other and our friends and family in Singapore, Dawson Creek, and San Diego (for my sister’s wedding). We’re now in the throes of wedding-planning, so blogging may continue to be light for the next few months, but I’ll try to get something on here at least once a week. I’ll also be posting with Anne (who blogs at itsbetweenmeandgod.wordpress.com) on our wedding site, Two Sleepy People.

That blog will have details of what has been and continues to be an incredible story. Suffice it to say, the Lord is very, very good, and His providence is awe-inspiring. We are so blessed, and so grateful.
