“Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” and “Parks and Recreation” star Chris Pratt won the Generation Award at the 2018 MTV Music and TV Awards.

Pratt, 38, took the stage and in a brief speech highlighted his faith in God. He addressed the younger generation in what he called, “Nine Rules from Chris Pratt.” Of those nine, three focused on his faith.

#6: “God is real. God loves, you, God wants the best for you. Believe that. I do.”

#8: “Learn to pray. It’s easy, and it’s good for your soul.”

#10: “Nobody is perfect. People are going to tell you you’re perfect just the way you are – you’re not. You’re imperfect. You always will be. But, there is a powerful force that designed you that way. And if you’re willing to accept that, you will have grace. And grace is a gift. And like the freedom that we enjoy in this country that grace was paid for with somebody else’s blood. Don’t forget it. Don’t take it for granted.”

In his third point he addressed bullying. He said, “Don’t be a turd. If you’re strong, be a protector, and if you’re smart, be a humble influencer. Strength and intelligence can be weapons and do not wield them against the weak. That makes you a bully. Be bigger than that.”

Many assumed Pratt was talking about the God of the Bible, however many argue that he was referring to another god based on his affiliations and alignment with people in Hollywood who are openly opposed to the God of the Bible.

He would later divorce his wife over “irreconcilable differences” because she allegedly wanted more children and he didn’t. He later remarried, which according to scripture would mean that he entered into an adulterous relationship, as irreconcilable differences is not a biblical reason for divorce.
