I wanted to point out that the previous “Contact Me” page has been updated to include a commenting policy. I’ve copied the new guidelines below.
I greatly appreciate the energetic and thoughtful community at Patheos. Lately, however, I have had to moderate comments far more than I want to (I don’t want to whatsoever). I thought a codified commenting policy might help guide the conversations. As always, thank you for reading!

Commenting Policy
I am always thankful for reader comments. Please feel free to contribute to the conversation to my posts. I ask, however, that the following rules be observed:
1) Please keep comments relevant to the post topic. This keeps commenting threads relevant and helpful.
2) Trolling or other behavior designed merely to insult or denigrate will not be tolerated. Common sense will be employed to define what constitutes trolling, but the final discretion belongs to the blog author. Comments may be deleted/moderated for any reason whatsoever.
3) Please keep links to a minimum in comments and do not embed videos or images.
4) Please be mindful of the fact that this is an evangelical blog, hosted on the Evangelical section of Patheos. Unless the particular blog post denotes otherwise, this is not a space to debate the merits of evangelical Christianity or religion in general (there are many such spaces to do that on Patheos). In most cases, comments debating the existence of God or the validity of Scripture will be deleted.
