A Passover Haggadah for Jewish Believers by Arnold G. Fruchtenbaum

A Passover Haggadah for Jewish Believers by Arnold G. Fruchtenbaum is an explanation of the Passover Seder meal. It is used to help Jewish believers understand the elements of the Passover Seder meal. I used this guide to conduct the Seder meal with my family this year. I found the book to be very helpful. I used an ebook in the Logos Bible software format on my iPad. As a result, it was very easy to guide my family through this special event.

Fruchtenbaum helps the Christian (although originally developed for Jewish believers, also known as Messianic Jews) experience and enjoy the Passover Seder, as Jesus would have experienced it. There were elements which could be adapted (such as singing certain Psalms instead of reciting them). Yet, I found this book, and especially in this ebook format very helpful. We were able to complete the Seder meal in two hours as a family. The theology presented is biblical and sound. There are even recommended shopping lists and recipes for the different dishes in the Seder which one could use.

As a Christian, I found that this performing this Seder enriched the Communion experience that Jesus Christ expected all Christians to have when He said for us to “remember” Him. I have used this book on several occasions as my go-to guide for leader the Seder meal. I would encourage Christians to read and use this book for a special Communion or Lord’s Supper experience.
