I think Donald Trump needs to go because the man never was fit to be president of the USA, the most important job in the world. And it’s not just because he may have colluded with the Russians in order to thwart our election process to gain the White House.
President Trump still watches television to see what people are saying about him. Doesn’t he have better things to do? The man is psychologically impaired as a narcissist. That is not my opinion but the assessment of many medical professionals merely from watching his actions and words conveyed by the media.
Today, President Trump tweeted about the Morning Joe television program just before it ended at 9:00 AM on MSNBC. His tweet: “I heard poorly rated @Morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don’t watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year’s Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!”
Donald Trump is disgracing the office of the U.S. presidency by saying such things. Plus, he is having a very negative effect on public discourse in this country. Yelling “Lying Ted” and “Crooked Hilary.” Here, former Secretary of State and First Lady Hilary Clinton lost the presidential election to Donald Trump 7.5 months ago and he’s still railing about “Crooked Hilary,” which he said about three days ago.
Trump’s remark about Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski is not the only time. It’s a habit The Trumpet has been blowing all of his life. Heh, so do a lot of other people. But they don’t get the big idea to try to become president of the USA. I think there are many reasons why Trump was never qualified for this job. Leaders of nations see and hear such things by Mr. Trump and make him a laughingstock.
Just take his lying. Because of it, you can’t trust what the man says. As I’ve said before, his word ain’t worth–well, you know what I mean. People are just dismissing whatever he says. The New York Times published an entire op-ed page in last Sunday’s issue listing The Donald’s lies, entitled “Trump’s Lies,” that he made since he has been president. A whole page! In small print. With dates. I counted 100. Shocking! And what about all the lies he told during his campaign for president? The man is a serial liar. He doesn’t even seem to know that he is lying. But the main thing is that he doesn’t care.
And neither do all those Evangelicals who helped put him in the White House. (Pew Research says 81% of professing Evangelicals who voted in the past election voted for Trump.) That is a disgrace in itself. They argue that they voted for his policies, which included him nominating conservative judges to the Supreme Court who will try to overturn Roe vs. Wade. In the meantime, the reputation of the United States of America is going down the toilet in the eyes of the world because of its president!
Many members of Congress, including Republican leaders, are expressing their outrage at this latest remark by President Donald Trump. Will anything come of it? I don’t see how. It’s got to be a lot more outrageous than that for Congress to impeach the man.
