Worthwhile Reads: Fundamentalist Religion and Real Life

As I put together these four links, I tried to figure out if there was a common theme. Finally I found one: all four deal with how fundamentalist and conservative evangelical religion, especially through formulas and tropes that become “true” through constant repetition, can affect real people’s real lives negatively.
