Abortion Debates: Post #1

In the past, abortion debates have eaten threads and swallowed up the posts they’re attached to. This crowds out discussion that pertains to the specific post topic rather than abortion in general, and it also can result in long and unwieldy comment sections that are difficult to navigate. This feature is designed as a solution to this problem. In the future, comment sections attached to posts on abortion should stick to discussion of the specific angle of the post, and general debating over abortion should to move to the latest Abortion Debates. I will put up a new Abortion Debates post when the number of comments becomes unwieldy. These posts will be accessible through the chatter tab.

Any participants must read my comment policy before commenting here. The most important rules, as they pertain to these types of debates, are to attack arguments rather than people (in other words, no name calling) and to engage with others in good faith.
