Stephen King has a despicable obsession with horror and death… and I’m not even talking about his books. Now that the best selling author can express his thoughts through the medium of Twitter, we get to see just how scary his mind actually is… and it puts any sewer-dwelling clown stories to shame.
After President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address, GOP lawmakers traveled to a legislative retreat via train. But on their way to The Greenbrier resort in West Virginia, the train on which they traveled hit a truck and killed a twenty-eight year old man.
House Speaker Paul Ryan was on the train. “I know we’re all a little shaken up by what happened today,” he told ABC News. “It just sometimes reminds you how fragile life can be.” The GOP lawmakers and their families were taken to the retreat on buses after the accident.
The deceased, Chris Foley, was a husband and a father to a one year old. (Here’s a GoFundMe page for him, which I’m gratified to see has already met its goal.) Every normal, even remotely compassionate person has a pang in their heart over the needless death of a young man.
But Stephen King is not a “remotely compassionate person,” he is a liberal.
A trainload of Republicans on their way to a pricey retreat hit a garbage truck. My friend Russ calls that karma.

Can you imagine how crass and vile you would have to be to send this message to America? How is it “karma” for an innocent man’s life to end in this horrible way? This is indicative of the way that many on the left view conservatives. They hate us so much that nothing is off limits. Remember when the liberals at GQ literally victim-blamed Rand Paul for being viciously and violently attacked in his own yard?
This is the new normal for leftists. They’ve embraced hatred to a degree most believed was impossible in modern society. You can see it clearly in their sometimes successful attempts to thwart the free speech of conservative speakers on college campuses (such as at Berkeley and numerous other universities); in the Occupy Wall Street attitudes toward corporations; in the Black Lives Matter assault against police, and among anti-Zionist movements that try to remove Jews from Left wing parades and attempts to delegitimize Israel.
The left pretends to be tolerant, but their fake concern disappears precisely where political disagreement begins and they allow their anti-American hatred to take hold.
Oh, but I forgot to mention that King “apologized.”
A rather thoughtless tweet from me concerning the train-truck crash, for which I apologize (if one is necessary). It should be pointed out, too, that those Republican politicians, who can be heartless when they vote, immediately got out to help.

Try that “if one is necessary” business with your wife the next time you do something wrong. It’s despicable that he can’t even bring himself to apologize, but — sadly — all too common behavior for leftist trolls.
