Catholic and Enjoying It!
My brother and his wife are separating and seem to be on the road to divorce. They’re both lifelong Protestants (and thus have a mainly Protestant view of marriage, which I think is a large part of the problem). He wants to work things out but she doesn’t. They have two little boys, ages 4 and 2, and my heart is just breaking for all of them. Prayers are appreciated; thank you.
Lord, hear our prayer! Mother Mary, pray for them that the grace of their sacramental union may overcome their difference through Christ our Lord. Pray for their children as well. Father, heal their wounds and forgive the sins of all involved through your Son Jesus Christ.
