Divorce passes from the “What could it hurt?” phase of history… September 10, 2009

…to the “How were we supposed to know?” phase.

No fault divorce was probably the single most catastrophic act of destruction ever wreaked on the family in the second half of the 20th century. Gay marriage is just kicking the corpse. It would be salutary if more conservatives who worship at the shrine of Reagan noted that it was he who kicked off this monumental act of vandalism against the sacrament of marriage.
