Some dear friends of mine are in a tight spot this month after several unexpected expenses, among them a trip to visit a dying mentor/friend and a car accident on the way home. They have small children, a mortgage, and a deep unwillingness to put anyone to any trouble. Please keep them in prayer as they navigate their financial difficulties.

5 years ago, when I was a church-mouse poor newlywed, this couple helped my husband and I out with a free gift of money when we profoundly needed it, despite their own straightened circumstances.
