Prayer Request

A reader writes:

Just received the following urgent prayer request (identifying details removed) for an unborn little boy. Please pray for his parents and doctors to try and save his life rather than end it:

Out of touch with everybody but now must ask prayers of you.

Please: Childhood friend is expecting birth of grandchild.
Baby overdue. Now a late ultrasound shows baby’s head “too large.”
C-section “might” happen in next few days.

My abiding fear?
These young parents and my old friend arranged for the death of the first grandchild. That poor baby, five months in utero, was found to be “deformed.”
So parents and my old friend arranged a late abortion. I heard all about it after the fact. It happened a long time ago.

My obvious fear: all will choose to let this baby die in utero or worse.

I’m heartsick and horrified. How can such a thing possibly happen. Prayers for all, esp this poor baby.

Please, will you request prayers from any and all.

Father, hear our prayer through your Son Jesus Christ. Mother Mary, pray for this child!
