I interviewed for a new job last week and would really like to get it. It will be a significant pay increase, which will help relieve some pressure 🙂 Oh yeah, and we have another little one one the way!

A sad update to the prayer request you posted for me on Oct 13:
See below.
God rest his immortal soul and may the Lord Jesus and His Mother comfort the family.
When we got to JP’s home, we found out he died yesterday about 3:20pm (during the Divine Mercy hour). It’s very sad. Only 16 days after the picture below was taken. And he did should a good job with his retirement speech. You’d have thought he have more time. We stayed with Fon, his wife, for a couple of hours before heading home. The funeral service will be in PA in his hometown on Saturday. Then he’ll be buried in Arlington National Cemetery sometime in the next couple months.
Please continue to pray for JP’s soul and his family. It’s very hard on them even though they knew it was coming.
Peace in Christ & Our Lady
Father, hear our prayers for JP and all who love him through your Son Jesus Christ! Also, grant my reader the job that he desires through Christ our Lord! Mother Mary, pray for these needs through Jesus Christ, our Lord!
Finally, I’d appreciate your prayers as well. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law are both unemployed and she is having medical troubles that make it impossible to work. Michael is looking for work and trying to launch a woodworking business to make ends meet, but they are running out of money fast.
In addition, our family car suffered a sudden and massive cerebral hemorrhage on Friday (blown head gasket) and was pronounced dead. So we have a sudden and unforeseen need for a replacement ASAP. Consequently we are asking for your prayers and (grrrrrr!) we are forced to rattle the tin cup again. (I’d really hoped to be able to skip it this time as I did last quarter.)
Sigh. Much obliged for your prayers and help!
