Prayer Request

A reader writes:

I have been really sick and am recovering from successful colon cancer surgery (at least that is what the doctors say). I sold my house and am in temporary apartment with most belongings in storage. My ex-husband has me in a costly lawsuit to take away a tiny amount of alimony. If the court does so, I don’t know what will happen as far as getting a house.’

Father and Defender of the alien, the orphan, and the widow, remember this woman and defend her in battle. Holy, Spirit, grant her the grace to forgive the wrongs done her and protect her from the evil lion who prowls about the world seeking the ruin of soul. St. Michael, defend her in battle. Mother Mary, pray for her. We ask this in the name of Jesus, the Lord. Amen.
