Fortunately, they’re just Chaldean Christians which means a) American Evangelicals don’t much care since they aren’t *real* Christians and b) secular Americans don’t care because hey! they’re just Christians. That’s why the persecution of the Iraqi Church is *so* dominating the headlines and has for so long.
