Catholic and Enjoying It!
In the midst of all the excitement of the Olympic Games happening in our city, I am grieving for the family and friends of the young man killed in a training run on the luge course. No “game” is worth a life and although accidents happen, this one is really hard to take – safety should always be the first concern. Please pray for the repose of his soul, for the comforting of his family and friends in this time of grief.
May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
