Sola Scriptura Loses Another Believer

A reader writes:

I read a review of your book ‘By What Authority?‘ So, I thought that you may be interested to know that an older brother phoned me and said that, ‘What the Catholic Church teaches is not what is taught in the Bible!’ However, after a spell of head-scratching, I concluded, as you did, that the writings of the Fathers of the Early Church are a sure guide to the interpretation of the Scriptures. Also, I concluded that the Canon of Scripture is Tradition, that the Canon of Scripture is the fruit of Catholic Tradition.
