I ask prayers for Fr. Cliff Ermatinger, who has left the Legionaries of Christ and is seeking incardination in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, as his father (who has health issues) lives here. Fr. Cliff seems to be an excellent fit for his new parish (St. Anthony in Milwaukee), which is primarily Hispanic, has a reputation for “smells and bells” liturgy, and hosts one of the largest Catholic schools in the country. He is also the author of two books – you and some of your readers may be familiar with them.

Father, help your servant be incardinated swiftly, that he may continue his work of serving your people through Christ our Lord. Mother Mary, pray for him!
