I am gratified to report that I have my own theme music 2014-12-31T15:21:26-07:00

Manalive director Joey Odendahl writes:

By the way, I forgot to tell you that Eric Genuis wrote a 5-minute track of music called, “The Innocence of Innocent Smith” (a title we might shorten to “The Innocence of Innocent”) which he asked me to edit into the movie whenever Smith was imparting some sort of Chestertonian wisdom. I decided to save it for moments where he reaches somebody. For instance, in the classroom when he says, “When I pointed my gun at you and you saw that the world was a beautiful wonderful place… When you saw that, I saw it too.” Kevin’s face changes as though he gets it. So Innocent’s theme starts playing. And this continues throughout the movie every time he touches someone’s heart. So there ya go. Your first theme! I wanted to attach it to this email but the file is too big. Oh well. You’ll have to wait for the premiere.

It is my firm conviction that if everybody had their own personal theme music, crime and violence in the world would practically cease. Unless their theme music was this.
