Prayer Requests

A reader asks prayer for her sister, who has just discovered she is pregnant. She’s young, in college, and unmarried and there is fear that the family will not take the news well.

Father, hear our prayer for this woman and her child as well as for all those involved, that love and compassion would rule in this situation and that your will for the blessing and spiritual prosperity of all would be done through Jesus Christ. Mother Mary, pray for all involved.

Another reader writes:

For my grandmother who died today at 99, that she may be reunited in Heaven with my grandfather and rest in Jesus’s sweet embrace; and for my dad and his siblings as they cope with the death of their remaining parent, that they may be comforted.
