My name is Corrie and I’m contacting you on behalf of the St. Francis Mission in St Francis, South Dakota. I work with the St. Francis Mission to let bloggers, podcasters and webmasters know about the mission and its work among the Lakota (Sioux Indian). I found Catholic & Enjoying it via the Catholic Blogroll and I wanted to introduce myself and let you know about the mission.

St. Francis is a ministry of the of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) among the 20,000 Lakota people on the Rosebud Indian Reservation in south-central South Dakota. The Mission is a not for profit organization founding in 1886, whose mission is to serve the spiritual, educational, and physical needs of Lakota Catholics and those who are un- churched on the reservation.

We have many programs ongoing at the mission – schools, recovery, religious education, a radio station and a museum. Right now, I’m looking for individuals who may be interested in sharing information about the St. Francis Mission and our programs with their readers/listeners. We have a blog and a website . We also have a radio station, KINI Radio and will be launching some podcasts soon.

If there is any way I could arrange for a link or a mention on your site, I’d really appreciate it!

Best,
Corrie Oberdin
