Urgent Prayer Request from a Reader

I would like to ask for prayers for my brother,who I believe may be in septic shock at this moment,and will not consent to go the hospital or a doctor.

My brother has been living with me for a while. He is 45,and has no health insurance (he’s a waiter.) He has terrible ulcerations on both lower legs,which he has taken care of himself,for years. (He actually has unmanaged diabetes also.)In the last couple of days, he’s had no appetite,been nauseous,had labored breathing (not asthma),become listless,and his body temp has gone down to 96.5 . He will not go to the ER,a clinic, or a dr. with or without me.

I believe it’s because he is afraid they will tell him something he doesn’t want to hear about his legs. In desperation,I called 911 this AM. They took his vitals,and confirmed his sugar is high,and temp is, indeed, 96.5. His blood pressure was 170/85,which I guess isn’t good,but not the worst. They told him they suspect his body may have some type of infection-still, he refused to go with them. As of now, he is still on my couch,fitfully dozing,and breathing heavily. If he becomes unconscious,I will call 911 again. I just hope it isn’t too late. Please ask for prayers. I have asked Mother on this special day of hers to help us. Thank you,and may God bless you.
