He’s also, by the way, still quite popular with the End to Evil crowd, given his penchant for continuing the Neocon vision of perpetual war–all while paying our troops crap wages and helping to enrich our ruling classes by 3669% during a major economic downturn. First rate plutocracy? Yep. Booming Big Business/Big Government Hudge and Gudgery? Yessir! But socialism or communism? I don’t think so.
Interestingly, our exhausted and over-stretched troops are beginning to realize that our Pharoanic Ruling Classes don’t care about them and are begin to make louder noises about being treated like packmules of Empire by our elites. What’s fascinating is that the protests are coming, not from the utterly phony “anti-war” Left (who have been absolutely docile to the God King’s will since his inauguration), but from troops and their families who are being pushed to the breaking point by our reckless policies and the contempt Caesar shows them as they continue to suffer and bear the burden of this fat, dumb, and happy country. My standing opinion is that our Ruling classes should have their ill-gotten wealth stripped from them (down to the pay scale of an infantry grunt) and put into a kitty to pay for the care of fallen troops and their families. But, of course, our ruling classes make the rules.
