It’s good (and rare) for a man like him to live in fear of facing the consequences of his sins. More of our Ruling Class could stand to have their muffling shrouds of wealth and power be peeled away that they might face the consequences of their choices as those without these artificial buffers do everyday. Maybe it will bring him to some humility and repentance, though judging from his recent public statements that’s not particularly in evidence. Still, while there’s life, there’s hope. Jesus, after all, wants to make a saint of him.
