Here’s a question for you.

An eccentric, lovable celebrity dies, with a massive reputation for doing good:
He gave 90% (ninety percent!) of his money away to charity;
In 1983, he raised £12M to rebuild Stoke Mandeville Hospital;
He worked as a volunteer at Broadmoor, a hospital for the criminally insane;
When he died, there were extensive – pages of – obituaries in all the big papers, and on the BBC.

The question is: if he had any spirituality that inspired all his good works, or if he attended worship services more than once a week, wouldn’t you think the media would at least mention it in passing?

But of course, the media doesn’t have a bias against Christianity, does it?

As England descends into senility and bit by bit it’s cultural memory fades away, its cultural elites seem to cling to one thing: spite toward the Catholic faith. Weird and irrational. They can’t even quite remember why they hate it anymore. But they still do.
