Catholic and Enjoying It!
Given that the roots of our civilizational crisis is spiritual, and that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and the Eucharist is Jesus, this is actually the short cut to dealing with the problem, though most people think it a diversion from “real” action, meaning politics or some other form of boosterism.
It’s funny how often we talk about prayer as a last resort, when all “real” options have been exhausted. I do that a lot, cuz I’m lousy at prayer. Happily, God is patient with us.
