Prayer Requests and Updates

A reader writes:

If you received my prayer request the other day, here’s an update. My daughter-in law’s condition has greatly improved and she doesn’t have leukemia or anything else deadly. She’s home after four days in the hospital. But the medication has unpleasant side effects so she still needs prayers to get her back to good health.

Father, thank you that her diagnosis is good. Please help her make a complete recovery. Mother Mary and St. Luke, pray for her. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Another reader writes:

My teenage son has a medical condition that no doctor has been able to diagnose, much less treat with any degree of success. We will attend a healing Mass on November 14, and we would humbly ask your readers to join us in praying for healing for my son.

Father, we ask that you would grant this boy complete healing. Grant skill, wisdom and compassion to his caregivers and peace, grace and strength to all who love him. Mother Mary and St. Luke, pray for him. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen!
