Catholic and Enjoying It!
One of the surefire ways to spot spam is by how much the spam bot sucks up to you and tells you how awesome you are. The problem is a lot of spambots are programmed by people for whom English is not exactly the strong suit. Case in point:
“Glad to be 1 of several visitants on this awful site : D.”
I’m confident that somebody will eventually inform my spammer of the subtle difference between “awful” and “awesome”. Meanwhile, I am enjoying this and the other heaps and gobs of fulsome praise poured out on my ego in dubious arrangements of words, syntax and diction. Every Dark Lord should surround himself with sycophantic robots who tell him what a genius he is.
