Maryland (and Washington State) Entering the “What Could It Hurt?” Phase of History

Thanks again for all of your blogging. I am a faithful reader, although not a full-fledged follower : )

Anyway, we live in Maryland and after last year’s very narrow victory to defeat SSM, it is up again in our legislature, with our “Catholic” Governor O’Malley making it his top priority to push this legislation through and sign it (Like Maryland doesn’t have other problems. And his wife is calling us “cowards!” Hahaha!)

It’s mysterious to me how it can be cowardly to face down a social movement that plans to use marriage as a tool for persecuting and jailing you for Ungoodthink. Anyway, God bless Fr. DeAscanis.
