These people have been walking their dogs here for 32 years without incident. Insert a tin horn dictator in a national park ranger uniform, drunk on power, and filled with delusions of godhood and now that happy community is brought to heel and taught who is boss.
No terrorists will *dare* to walk their dogs in that neighborhood. Feel safe or you may be an enemy of the State!
