Today’s Chance to Do a Work of Mercy

Christopher Dodson of the North Dakota Catholic Conference writes:

We are engaged in an important battle in North Dakota that warrants attention around the country.

Measure 3 on the June ballot would restore the “strict scrutiny” standard for religious protection in the state. Find out more here.

National organizations like Americans United for Separation of Church and State have targeted Measure 3 for defeat. Their reasoning is that if they can defeat it in North Dakota, they can defeat it in less religious-friendly states.

Could you please help spread the word about Measure 3? We also need financial support, which can be given online here.

But most of all, we need prayers.

Father, hear our prayer for the passage of Measure 3, through Christ our Lord. Mother Mary, pray for your people in North Dakota!
