Groove for Thought

…is a fantastic vocal jazz septet that includes a friend of Luke the Nordic Giant and his bride, the Tash. Her name is Stephanie Collins and I heard her sing years ago when they were all in Soundsations (the Edmonds Community College jazz group). Anyway, they are playing Jazz Alley here in Seattle last night and tonight (which is a big deal since it’s a bit like Seattle’s Birdland).

Luke and the Tasha went to hear them last night and the verdict is “face-meltingly good”. Here’s a little taste of their final rehearsal yesterday.
