Prayer Request and Work of Mercy

A reader writes:

Please pray for a family in New Zealand.  The husband, a young man, has a brain condition known as Arteriovenous malformation and requires treatment that can only be done in Germany.  He and his wife have done a great deal of good work, having established and operating a mutual-help and volunteer service called Bellyful.  All their resources have gone into this, and they are thus asking for financial help as well in sending the husband to Germany.  If you feel moved to help, you can donate on this site.

Father, hear our prayer for this man’s complete healing, for provision for his family’s needs, for grace, knowledge, skill, understanding, and compassion for his caregivers, and for grace, consolation, peace, faith, hope and love for him and all who love him.  Mother Mary and St. Luke, pray for them.  We ask all this through Christ our Lord.  Amen.
