You gotta give ’em points for moxie.
In their defense, that dog looks magnificent.
Tibetan mastiffs are amazing dogs, but they aren’t lions. 😀
They also tried to pass off a dog as a wolf (understandable since they are closely related) and painted another dog black and white and claimed it was a panda? Who knew dogs were such versatile substitutes for, well, pretty much the whole rest of the animal kingdom?
(….or at least this crazy zoo thinks so)
Maybe they should just theme the zoo to be canine imitations of different animals. Dogs have a lot of variety; surely it could be done.
That might work. 🙂
And why not? Our 10 year old tries to pass off our 12 pound Morkie as the “Sinister Wolf.”
I am deeply offended by the comments and attitudes here. I happen to know the so called “dog” considers himself a trans-species creature. Proper etiquette is to act scared when he barks.
OMG, roars, be scared when he roars. So sorry for the error. And please don’t take my reference to the lion as necessarily “male” since he may well also be a transgendered transspecies lion.
