Hello Mark, here is a worthy project of Mercy. I know Lucy O’Donoghue, who is spearheading this fight to keep St Joseph’s open. She has launched a multifaceted campaign to raise money that will enable the hospice to survive as well as asking for people to pray. As an example of Christian outreach in a seemingly hostile (to Christianity) nation, it is vital that St Joseph’s continues to operate in bringing people to the knowledge and love of Christ by providing care for those in greatest need. Lucy is an amazing young Catholic warrior-ess who has stayed with me. The problem is finding a way for money to easily reach it’s intended target. But above all pray. St Joseph’s Hospice, Pakistan also has an outpatients dept for the poor who can see a Doctor for as little as 20 cents per visit. If the hospice closes they will have no access to medical advice or therapy.
