18 U.S. Code § 953 – Private correspondence with foreign governments
Junior then wisely provides evidence of his attempts to work with the Russians to influence the election in his very own personal Reynolds pamphlet, finally releasing the Watergate burglars from the historical onus of being the dumbest political conspirators in American history. An astonished media responds:
I…worked on this story for a year…and…he just…he tweeted it out.

And Daddy does his part to incriminate himself too:
You know what @realDonaldTrump did the same day Jr, Manafort, Kushner met the Russian? He sent his 1ST tweet about Hillary’s “33,000 emails” pic.twitter.com/vAqUuB7tuM

The result will be… nothing. Hannitized addicts of the Right Wing Noise Machine will say, “Olbermann? Fake News!” and ignore. Facts reported by the NY Times are just as easily dismissed even when, indeed, especially when they come from the mouths of Trumps. Trump was right. He could literally gun down people on 5th Avenue and nothing will happen to him because Congress is bound and determined to do nothing. The only way anything happens is if this Congress is voted out, and the odds of that are slim. The Mueller investigation might, by some legal powers unknown to inexpert slobs like me, bring charges of election tampering that Trump may somehow have to face. But my assumption is that nothing will come of this no matter how obviously corrupt he and his nepotistic family and band of crooks and toadies are. He is who we have chosen as our representative–“we” most especially being conservative Christians–and we’ll hug him to our breast until the stink of him is indelible. God have mercy on us.
Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. – Matthew 10:28
Seduction, not persecution, has always been the danger the Church has feared the most.
Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brethren, what shall we do?” And Peter said to them, “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children and to all that are far off, every one whom the Lord our God calls to him.” And he testified with many other words and exhorted them, saying, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation.” So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls. And they held steadfastly to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers. (Ac 2:37–42).
