So Here’s a Joyous Story!

So Here’s a Joyous Story! November 19, 2018

One of my readers, Ross Earl Hoffman, knew a good thing when he saw it and married another of my readers, Fausta Nalubega.  He’s from Idaho.  She live in Uganda and is magnificent saint leading a community of other saints.  It’s a marriage made possible by the internet and shared Catholic faith.

So anyway, Ross has been pouring his energies into their marriage and into shuttling between the US and Uganda to help her apostolate with time, talent, and treasure.  They are educating orphans, seeing to all sorts of medical needs for folks, caring for the poor, and just generally living out the Church of Acts in a beautiful way in this out of the way spot in Uganda.  Plus, they are are a beautiful man and wife, a modern day Aquila and Priscilla.  They give me so much hope!

So the other day, he wrote me to tell me what’s going on lately and I thought I would share it with all y’all and include a little link so that you can have a chance to do a work of mercy for this splendid little Catholic community.  Ross writes:

I just sunk about $30,000 into the compound!

Here’s what it used to look like! LOL. BEFORE:
