Praise Reports and Prayer Requests

First off, I want to thank you for your prayers fro Dierdre.  She is starting to come around and is showing hopeful signs (giving thumbs up when requested, responding to people’s voices, and trying to communicate a bit).  She also has sensation below the break in her back.   So thanks be to God through our Lord Jesus Christ.  May she continue to heal and find complete healing in body, soul and spirit!  Please keep praying for her and her family!

Prayer update on the teenage girl who was hit by a car out in front of school for whom you kindly ran my prayer request:

She’s back in school after a week’s stay in the hospital, way ahead of initial estimates. Most of her injuries (broken collarbone, cracked pelvis, strained neck, lots of scrapes and bruises) are healing well on their own now. She’s evidently got torn ligaments in one knee, so wears a brace – we don’t know what they’re going to do about that. But she’s at school with her friends, and in pretty good spirits – pretty miraculous for somebody they whisked to the hospital in a helicopter only a couple weeks ago!

So, praise and thanksgiving to Our Lord Jesus Christ, and thanks to you and your crack team of prayer ninjas.

Father, hear our prayer for this girl’s complete healing as well through your Son Jesus.  And thanks for the healing you have given!  Thank you for your prayers, Mother Mary, and thank you, Father, for the prayers of all the beautiful saints who intereceded for her.  Thanks, troops!
