I had a brain storm (or maybe a brain fart) the other day and I’d like to hear your opinion on it. It seems like whenever I mention voting independent/third-party to someone they say “go ahead, throw your vote away!” My idea: would a Facebook group called something like “I’m seriously considering voting independent in 2012 and I’m wondering how many others feel they same way” be a step in a good direction? I haven’t looked around on facebook for groups like this yet but I bet many people (both “left” and “right”) would agree and join the group. Whaddya think?

Works for me. I’m done playing the 10% less grave and intrinsic evil than the other leading brand game. The parties were made for man, not man for the parties. If they won’t give up their allegiance to abortion and torture, then I say “Screw ’em.”
