The formidable Jessica Smith (formerly of Blessed Sacrament parish here in Seattle writes):
It was great to see you tonight at and chat at Theology on Tap. What a great turnout: 120 to 140 attending, in my estimate. We didn’t stay to the very end as we live 30+ minutes away (John’s got an early morning), but were glad to see such a good response.
I didn’t get a chance to say this tonight, but thanks for posting the link about the Jay Leno/ NFP mention to my blog the other week. Believe it or not, through your link I was able to find a place to stay for the conference at the University of St. Thomas. One of your blog readers (lives in St. Paul, MN) clicked that link, through which he found post about needing a place to stay in MN last week! Small world…huge blessings.
I’ll keep you posted, but my husband and I are starting a non-profit for faith and culture, called Ruah. It’ll hopefully be part of a consortium of faith and culture communities organized by Strat Caldecott in association with several great groups, so stay tuned….
God Bless you. Keep up the good work!
Glad to be of soivice! Keep up your good work in the Vineyard! It was great seeing you guys!
