I was wondering if you could put up a prayer request for me, please? My boyfriend Graeme has been really unwell for more than a month, and the doctors haven’t been able to figure out what’s wrong with him, much less come up with a treatment. Some of the symptoms seem to be pointing towards a brain tumor, so if you wouldn’t mind asking your readers if they could say a little prayer for him (for diagnosis and successful recovery) I would really appreciate it.

Father, hear our prayer for Graeme’s complete healing. Grant skill and compassion to his doctors and peace, grace, strength, and consolation to him and all who love him. Mother Mary and St. Luke, pray for him. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

I’m writing with a prayer request, seeing as it’s the Feast of St. John Vianney, that perhaps you could ask your readers to pray for all diocesan priests, their parish priests, etc.

It’s been a rough while for the clergy, no doubt, and I’m blessed to be a seminarian and blessed to be formed by and watch the witness of the holy men who give their lives for Christ, His Church, and His people daily and without recognition- I figured prayers were the best way to repay them.

We may not get to thank them on this side of eternity, but may God bless them with all they need and more, in His abundant love.

Father, hear our prayer for you priests that they be strengthened with your love and joy and the gratitude of your people for their heroic sacrifices. Mother Mary and St. Jean Vianney, pray for them! We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen!
