A reader asks for prayer for a family who have experienced great grief – serious abuse of their daughter some years ago and now their son – their only other child – has committed suicide. Please pray for peace of heart and mind and recovery from grief.
Also, a reader writes:
My brother just lost his job after 8 years with his company. Making things tougher, he has a wife and 2 year old child and another baby on the way that’s due late July. Obviously with the economy the way it is this isn’t the greatest time to be looking for work so prayers would be greatly appreciated.
And another reader adds:
I have a litany of prayer requests. Right now I’m struggling with an illness in addition to the disability and related health problems I already have. I’m disabled and unemployed and I have no health insurance. I have some savings available through an inheritance, but that money will be gone sooner or later–probably sooner rather than later. Life seems to be a bit of a burden these days, and I fear for the future. I would appreciate prayers from your readers. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us! Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us!
