Cognitive Dissonance

Is it just me or does it seem to everyone else that those most opposed to gun laws because criminals will just get them anyway tend to be very much in favor of abortion bans?

Mhm. Just a little reminder, I remarked on exactly this cognitive dissonance in the anti-abortion-but-not-prolife subculture here a while back.
